GRAFFITO PIZZA
The last time I had Italian food this good, it was a Bolognese in a 20’x 20’ restaurant just outside Shibuya. The chef, a middle aged native of Tokyo, along with one waitress took care of the whole restaurant.

Today I had Bucatini. Which I’ve never heard of. Out of my Italian vocabulary.
After having it, I’ll never forget it.
When you see this chef, genuflect. (bow for the dude in Shibuya).
With all the ingredients involved in making good Italian, it takes a chef with a Doctorate in Chemistry to facilitate this.
When you hear the word Italian, most think of the old streets, ancient history, and classic music.
There is also:
Ducati(my favorite)
Lamborghini
Ferrari
Alpha Romeo
Pagani
Maserati
Avo Aero
Sentient Blue
All very high tech minded Italian companies.
Graffito is more progressive. With artwork from Atlanta street artist Greg Mike shining the spotlight on modern Italy like a matador unveiling a bull he’s adopted as a pet.
The geometry of the architecture transverses the upper boundary of the structure like a modern theater. It is acoustically privatized by good fun music flowing around the I-beams and through the intertwined trapezoids.
This is dining in Savannah. It’s the arts and entertainment industry, catered by highly talented, experienced chefs.
